Small key switch at the inner chart table
Cuts out power 12V start, 12V and 24V service. Power to alarm, back flushing, bilge pump etc. will
still work. Total power draw depends on the amount of options you have ordered. But please have in
mind that the powers draw from alarms etc together with self discharge of the batteries requires that the
batteries are recharged in case the boat is left unattended.
In normal use this is the only switch you will be using.
Main switch in in aft cabin port side forward (centre cockpit boats), in V cabin (372), and at the
batteries (342 and 310)
If you want to cut off all power you should use the 24 V and 12 V main switch that you find in the
hanging locker in the aft cabin. With the main switch in off position you lose power to alarms, bilge
pumps, radio memory, memory to battery status indicator etc. Please note the warning on the previous
page if your boat is equipped with a Mastervolt Combi or an Inverter.
For winter storage we always recommend to disconnect at the battery terminals.
Grey Main switch in hanging locker aft cabin
If the switch is in the “Auto position” it will be disconnected with the key at the chart table.
If you put it in “manual on” you can start the engine independent of the position of the little key at the
chart table. In manual off you cannot start the engine.
