The air flow monitoring should be set to
≤20 % to achieve project planning
that complies with AS ISO 7240.
NOTE
7.2.2 Setting the alarm delay
If the smoke level rises during operation up to the alarm threshold, the delay
time starts to run. The signal is only forwarded when the delay period comes
to an end if the smoke level persists. This means that a false alarm can be
prevented in case of short-term loads (e.g. dust).
