Email/FTP
Enter the email settings for motion detection into this window.
Field

Email address of
the recipient
Enter the email address of the recipient here.
If there are several recipients, separate each
email address with a semicolon. You can
enter a maximum of 127 characters.
SMTP server
Enter the name of the outgoing mail server
here.
SMTP port
Enter the port number of the outgoing mail
server here (normally 25).
Email address of
the sender.
Enter the email address of the sender here.
SSL
Switch on the "activate" control if SSL en-
cryption is necessary for the SMTP server.
Switch on the "Deactivate“ control if the
SMTP server does not support SSL.
SMTP
authentication (if
necessary)
Switch on the "Activate" control if the SMTP
server requires authentication before send-
ing an email.
User name
Enter the SMTP user name for SMTP server
authentication here.
ID
Enter the SMTP user ID for SMTP server
authentication here.
Click the "Use" button to save the new settings to the device.
Then click "Send test email“ to test the email settings.
