SAMBA
Under menu item "SAMBA" you can activate/deactivate the NAS func-
tion .
Select the sub-menu "System" and the menu item "SAMBA" as
described in chapter
"Opening setup menu and navigation"
.
The selected menu item with the corresponding setting values (setting
options) appears on the screen .
Activate/deactivate the function using the ▼▲
navigation but-
tons .
Press the
Enter button to confirm the selection .
Upgrading the system
Select the sub-menu "System" and the menu item "System
update" as described in chapter
"Opening setup menu and
navigation"
.
The selected menu item with the available update possibilities appears
on the screen .
Select the function "Update the expansion package" to update the
■
expansion files for NAS and web server.
Select "System update" to update the firmware via USB stick.
■
Copy the file "install.img" to the main directory of the USB
–
stick and then connect the stick to the USB port of the appli-
ance .
Confirm the connection with the
–
Enter button .
