SOUND LEVEL
The sound is largely produced by the vapour extraction. The sound level of the HR 2400
was measured with an empty machine during working conditions and with a sound level
measuring device with integrator.
The measurements were taken by a qualified laboratory employee in compliance with EN ISO
standard 3746/96. The results are:
•
Acoustic pressure equivalent average level at point of operating
LpA = 71 dB(A)
•
Acoustic pressure equivalent average weighed level
LpA = 69.1 dB(A)
DANGER AND WARNING SIGNS
The HR 2400 is supplied with both an identification plate as additional symbols which warn against
possible risks.
The signs have the following meaning:
1.
Danger – presence of flammable vapours and substances.
2.
It is prohibited to ignite flames or bring flames into the vicinity of the machine.
3.
It is prohibited to smoke in the vicinity of the machine.
4.
Read the instructions carefully before working with the machine.
5.
The operator must always wear a protective mask
6.
The operator must always wear protective glasses to avoid eye contact with possible spray.
7.
The operator must use anti dissolvent rubber gloves to avoid skin contact with the products to
wash.

SAFETY INFORMATION

CLOTHING
•
The operator must suitable gloves to avoid skin contact with the water or cleaning agent.
•
The operator must always wear protective glasses to avoid eye contact with possible spray.
•
The operator must wear protective clothing to avoid skin contact water or cleaning agent.
ENVIRONMENT AND POLLUTION
•
The HR 2400 must not be used to wash or to take grease off objects which are destined to
get in touch with foodstuffs.
•
National and local laws and regulations as well as instructions from the producer are to be
followed concerning washing and cleaning paint polluted objects.
GENERAL SAFETY
•
The spray gun cleaner has been constructed only for manual cleaning of spray guns, spare
parts and objects contaminated with water based paints and may be utilized only by
competent and well instructed persons with no health problems. Only persons who have read
and understood this manual may use the cleaner.
•
It is absolutely forbidden to bore holes (pneumatically or electrically) in the machine or to
scrape the walls with metal objects which may cause sparks.
•
It is absolutely forbidden to use welding apparatus or apparatus with open flame and to
process red hot materials in the cleaning area.
•
Only water (warm or cold) from a boiler may be used for cleaning.
