光源灯的更换

●  本产品中封入了高压氙气(约 0.1MPa-1MPa)和水银,在废弃

本产品时,请按照废弃物处理法,自行进行适当的处置,或在
保证光源灯不因为内压高而破裂的情况下,委托具有处理资格
的合适的废弃物处理业者进行处理。在日本国外使用,并在该
国废弃时,请遵守各所在国家和地区的有关废弃物处理的法令,
进行适当的处置。

光源灯亮灯累积时间的复位

注意

电源的 ON/OFF

■ 电源的 ON/OFF

注意

按电源开关的上侧,则电源接通。
电源接通后的大约 10 秒钟内,装置进行初始设置。
这期间,全部指示灯亮灯,所有的操作按钮及外部控
制都不起作用。
初始设置完成后

 

·光源灯处于熄灭状态

 

·快门处于关闭状态

(电源接通复位功能)

这种状态称为

待机状态

按电源开关的下侧,则电源切断。

■ 光源灯的更换步骤

  关闭光源灯,使冷却风扇转动 15 分钟以上。

  当装置内部的温度充分下降后,将电源开关置于

OFF。

  放松光源灯更换门固定螺丝,将光源灯更换门向面

前打开。

r

  转动光源灯固定帽,将其卸下。

t

  握住光源灯法兰部,轻轻地笔直地将光源灯拉出。

  请按照第 40 页的步骤

安装新光源灯。

光源灯亮灯累积时间到达 4000 小时(L8253 ∶ 3000
小时)后,会显示 

LAMP CHANGE

,通知光源灯已

到更换时期。同时,外部控制端子也会输出“光源灯更
换信号”、“警告信号”。请尽快更换新的光源灯。另外,
光源灯亮灯累积时间到达 5000 小时后,为了安全起见,
光源灯将被强制性地熄灭。(如果光源灯亮灯累积时间
不复位,则无法重新亮灯。)

■ 光源灯累积时间的复位

更换了光源灯后,请将累积时间复位。

在通常显示模式下按住 SHIFT 按钮并同时按下 UP 按钮和 DOWN
按 钮, 则 切 换 为 光 源 灯 累 积 时 间 的 复 位 模 式,“OPERATING 
TIME”显示闪烁。
在该状态下,如果同时按住 UP 按钮和 DOWN 按钮,则光源灯累
积时间复位为“0”,返回通常显示模式。
另外,切换为光源灯累积时间复位模式后,如果想不进行光源灯
累积时间的复位而返回通常显示模式,请中止所有的按钮操作,
待机 1 分钟以上。

●  请不要在使用途中复位累积时间。否则,通知光源灯

寿命的警告可能变得无法正确输出。

●  在累积时间复位模式下,如果等待 1 分钟以上而不进

行复位操作,则返回通常显示模式。

●  光源灯亮灯累积时间到达 5000 小时后,为了安全起

见,光源灯将被强制性地熄灭。(如果光源灯亮灯累
积时间不复位,则无法重新亮灯。)

●  要结束使用时,请在光源灯熄灭、冷却风扇转动数分钟使装置内

冷却后,再关闭电源。

●  瞬时停电对策功能
 

当因为瞬时停电等原因而出现电源供给暂时中断的情况时,根据
停电时间的不同,恢复状态也各不相同。

 

·停电时间为 30ms 以下时

光源灯不熄灭。功能全部正常。

 

·停电时间为约 1 秒时

光源灯暂时熄灭。光源灯亮灯信号、光源灯稳定信号也暂时 OFF。电
源恢复后,亮灯操作自动进行,光源灯重新亮灯。这时,如果停电前
快门处于打开状态,为了安全起见,快门将被强制性地关闭。另外,
当采用定时器照射、程序照射方式时,电源恢复后将进入复位后的状
态。光源灯重新亮灯后,将输出光源灯亮灯信号,约 10 秒钟后恢复
正常功能,变为可使用状态。

 

·停电时间为 2 秒以上时

光源灯熄灭。电源恢复后,电源接通复位功能起作用,光源灯熄灭,
快门变为关闭状态。要恢复原状,必须从外部输入光源灯亮灯信号,
重新点亮光源灯。光源灯亮灯后,经过 5 分钟,输出光源灯稳定信号,
变为可使用状态。(与通常使用时相同)
