BAKE
Center food in the oven. Rack position will vary depending on size of food.
Small Baking Pan
This pan is used on the
oven rack.
Large Coated Baking Pan
This pan is used instead of an
oven rack and is placed in the
rack slots.
BROIL
Place oven rack in high position.
ROTISSERIE
Remove both oven racks.
Place large coated baking pan in the
lowest position for drippings.
