• Fry foods listed below for the suggested amount of cooking time and
until
golden brown.
• Fry a single layer of food for each batch for faster, less greasy results.
• See “Fryer Tips” on page 8 for more information to obtain best results.

Frying Tips!
The Ready to Cook Light may go out
after frying a batch of food. When the
oil has reached the selected tempera-
ture, the Ready to Cook Light will
come back on. The unit is now ready
to fry the next batch of food.

Carefully place basket in fryer.
Close lid.
NOTE:
Never
allow oil in oil
pot to
boil dry.

When frying is done, remove lid,
raise basket and hook over remov-
able oil pot to drain.
NOTE:
When removing lid and
while off–do not allow condensation
to drain into oil pot.
10.
Carefully empty food from basket
and place in a bowl or colander
lined with paper towel. Fill and
repeat as needed.
11.
Set power switch to
OFF/O
and
unplug appliance after use.
