FEATURES AND CONTROLS
Brake Pedal
Depress the brake pedal to slow
or stop the vehicle. Apply the
brakes while starting the engine.
Throttle Pedal
Push the pedal down to increase
engine speed. Spring pressure
returns the pedal to the rest
position when released. Always
check that the throttle pedal
returns normally before starting
the engine. Make sure there's
adequate throttle pedal freeplay.
See page 60 for throttle pedal
adjustment procedures.
Mechanical Speed Control System
The adjustable throttle limiting screw is located behind the throttle
pedal. Use the following procedure to control how far the throttle opens.
1. Remove limiter bolt.
2. Add washers underneath limiter bolt head until desired max speed is
reached.
Fuel Cap
The fuel tank is located
underneath the vehicle’s seat
bottom. Pull the vehicle’s seat
bottom up to reveal access to fuel
tank cap.
WARNING!
Only use unleaded
grade gasoline.
