CABINET NUMBER

CUSTOM CAB NUMBER (P)
This allows you to select the Custom Cabinet Number to use in a Patch.
The setting range is F1 to F8 (non-rewritable) and U1 to U8 (rewritable).
NOTE: If any of the Custom Leslie Cabinet parameters are edited, an asterisk (“*”) will show in the upper left corner of the display. To
save the changes you have made, save them as a Custom Leslie Cabinet. This is explained on page 69.
NOTE: This parameter is a Patch Parameter and is recorded as part of a Patch.

CUSTOM LESLIE CABINET PARAMETERS
All of the parameters described below and on the next page collectively comprise a Custom Leslie Cabinet. These parameters cannot be
saved as individual Patch Parameters; however a Custom Leslie Cabinet can be recorded as part of a Patch.

CUSTOM CAB NAME (L)
This allows you to name a Custom Leslie Cabinet. Use up to 10 characters.
Use the [
][
] Touch Buttons to move the cursor, then use the [VALUE] Rotary Knob to select characters.
NOTE: See page 70 for detailed instructions on naming Custom Leslie Cabinets.

SPEAKER (L)
This allows you to select the virtual speaker type.
145:
Leslie 145, small rotary speaker system
147:
Leslie 147, large rotary speaker system
122:
Leslie 122, large rotary speaker system
PR-40:
Hammond PR-40, stationary speaker system

LESLIE Edit Menu
This Edit Menu allows you to make various changes to the characteristics of the inbuilt digital Leslie.
As explained on the previous page, the XK-5 has a library of Leslie Cabinets consisting of different settings for each of the Leslie Param-
eters. Therefore, before editing these Parameters, it is a good idea first to select the Leslie Cabinet you want to modify. You can then save
your changes to your own custom Cabinet. (Remember that the Leslie Cabinets which can be overwritten are the User Cabinets, or the
Cabinets prefaced by a “U” in the display.
