ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Carefully unpack the fixture. Lay out all parts on a clean surface.
2. Place the four Glass Panels (#7) into their appropriate slots on the Fixture
Frame (#5).
3. Install the GU24 compact fluorescent light Bulb (#8) (included) in the
Socket (#11) in the Fixture Frame (#5). To install the Bulb (#8), line up
the prongs on the base of the Bulb (#8) with the matching holes in the
Socket (#11) and insert the Bulb (#8) into the Socket (#11). Next, twist
the base of the Bulb (#8) clockwise until the Bulb (#8) locks into place
(about 1/4 to 1/2 turn).
4. Place the Cover (#10) onto the top of the Fixture Frame (#5). Align the
Screws (#6) so they protrude through the holes on the Cover (#10).
Secure the Cover (#10) into place by screwing the two Lock Nuts (#9)
onto the two Screws (#6) protruding through the Cover (#10).
