Load
During load process, the SV5 (100%) adopts pulse activating, and the rest
solenoid valve are not energized.
In
this
kind
of
situation,
the
high
pressure oil goes into the
left side of the piston
continuously and the oil
in the right side of the
piston bypasses through
SV5 (100%) to the low
pressure side.
The
piston
will
continue to move to the
right
side
and
the
compressor
complete
load process.

Unload
During unload process,
the SV2(50%) stays active,
and SV1 (unload) adopts pulse
activating,
and
the
rest
solenoid
valve
are
not
energized.
The high pressure oil
continues to go to the left side
of the piston and goes into the
right side of the piston passing
through SV1(unload).
Through SV3(50%), it
