Insert the SIM card into the SIM port with a flat end
tweezer. Using the end of the tweezers, push the SIM
card in until it clicks.
If you need to remove the SIM card, use tweezers. Push
the SIM card until it clicks, then gently remove it.
The Product should automatically connect to the mobile network. This can be validated by a
test scan and logging into the Reporting System to check if the scan has been uploaded. If the
scanner cannot connect to the network, turn it off and unplug it for at least 10 seconds, then
plug it back in and turn it on again. Always use tweezers for inserting or removing the SIM
card.
4.5. Connecting the Scanner to power supply
Connect the power cable to
the AC/DC adapter.
You can find the plug for
the power supply at the
bottom of the scanner. Note
the orientation of the pins.
Plug in the AC/DC adapter
to a socket (110-230 V, 50-
60 Hz). The socket must be
grounded.
Always plug in the Product first, and then the socket. A reversed order can cause the
power switch to malfunction.
4.6. Switching On/Off
You can turn the system on with the power button located on the left bottom corner of the
surface of the Product.
