Pro-Stitcher Lite for the HQ Simply Sixteen

Installation Instructions  |  25

Install the X‑Rack on the HQ Little Foot Frame

Locate the blue 10‑foot Flexirack (see Parts List,
item B)
and the Pro‑Stitcher Lite tray assembly (see
Parts List, item E)
 mounted in the carriage (not
shown in the parts list).

NOTE: Unroll and straighten the blue
Flexirack, allowing it to relax so it will be
easier to lay it onto the table top.

Â

IMPORTANT: Looking at the bottom side
of the tray/carriage assembly, ensure
the black gears are in the engaged
position. The black gears are engaged
when the round part of the eccentrics
are on the X and Y levers. The black gears
are disengaged when the flat part is on the
levers. Rotate the black eccentrics by hand
as needed to engage the black gears.

1.  Place the carriage on the frame tracks with the

carriage encoder and power cord receptacle at
the rear of the frame.
