1. Check the Chassis for proper assembly and adjustment.
2. Make sure that all bolts are tightened.
3.
Lubricate the Chassis completely. (See Lubrication Chapter in this manual).
4.
Check the tires for proper air pressure. Refer to the manufacturers recommended PSI rating.
5.
Check wheel bolts upon delivery, and periodically thereafter. Follow the reccomended torque chart
below for your model of Chassis.
TIRE INFLATION
Inflate tires to manufacture’s recommended pressure, making sure all tires have equal pressure.
Inadequate or unequal tire pressure can cause improper trailing and premature tire failure.
WHEEL BOLTS
Tighten wheel bolts to specifications below and again after chassis has been in use for a short period of
time. Check periodically thereafter.
