Place one wing half right-side up on a flat work
surface. Use a scrap piece of wood or an epoxy brush and smear
a generous amount of epoxy into the wing joiner cavity in the
wing panel.
Step 7.
Coat one half of the wing brace with epoxy on all sides,
up to the pencil line drawn in Step 1. Install the epoxy coated
half of the wing brace into the wing joiner cavity of the wing
panel, up to the centerline. Use rubbing alcohol and a paper
towel to clean up any excess epoxy.
Step 8.
Apply a generous amount of epoxy into the wing brace
cavity of the other wing panel.
Note:
You will need to mix additional epoxy to complete
the wing joining process.
