Malfunction
Cause
Remedy
Tap LED flashes red, LED 4+6 flash quickly (E420)
- The internal water tank had to be refilled several
times, although no water was released. Presumably
the dispensing valve is defective or there is a leak in
the dispensing line
- Constant dripping from the tap indicates a defective
dispensing valve. Disconnect the unit from water and
electricity and call for service(see page 20)
Tap LED flashes red, LED 5+6 flash quickly (E413)
- Set-point temperature not reached in expected time
- Supply air or heat venting impaired
- Check whether air outlet opening is present, blocked
or covered and uncover it
- Check whether wall clearances are maintained and
lateral supply air openings are free (see page 19)
- Check whether the maximum permitted ambient
temperatures are observed. The temperature in the
base cabinet must not exceed 32°C. If necessary,
close the air gap to the kitchen base on the rear wall
of the kitchen cabinet (see page 17)
- Check whether the set-point temperature can be
raised
- Check whether the dispensing quantity complies with
the specifications
Tap LED flashes red, LED 3+7 flash quickly (E513)
- No or too little temperature reduction achieved in
the specified time
- Carry out reset (reset error) (see page 15). If the error
persists, disconnect the device from the water and
electricity and contact the Service Department (see
page 20)
Taps LED flashes red, LED 1+7 flash quickly (E502)
- Leakage detected in the device
- Disconnect the device from water and power and
inform the Service Department (see page 20)
Tap LED flashes red, LED 2+7 flash quickly (E511)
- Measured value of the temperature sensor not
possible
- Perform a reset (reset error) (see page 15)
If the error persists, disconnect the device from the
water and electricity and contact the Service
Department (see page 20)
Tap LED flashes red, LED 1+8 flash quickly (E610)
- Measurement of the tank level disturbed
- Perform a reset (reset error) (see page 15)
If the error persists, disconnect the device from the
water and electricity and contact the Service
Department (see page 20)
Tap LED flashes red, LED 2+8 flash quickly (E611)
- Leakage sensor not functioning
- Perform a reset (reset error) (see page 15)
If the error persists, disconnect the device from the
water and electricity and contact the Service
Department (see page 20)
Tap LED flashes red, LED 4+7 flash quickly (E515)
- Cooling unit too cold
- Disconnect the device from the water and electricity
and contact the Service Department (see page 20)
Tap LED flashes red, LED 3+8 flash quickly (E612)
- An electrical consumer is defective or a cable is
damaged.
- Perform a reset (reset error) (see page 15)
If the error persists, disconnect the device from the
water and electricity and contact the Service
Department (see page 20)
Tap LED flashes red, LED 4+8 flash quickly (E613)
- A 24 Velectrical consumer is defective or a cable is
damaged
- Perform a reset (reset error) (see page 15)
If the error persists, disconnect the device from the
water and electricity and contact the Service
Department (see page 20)
Tap LED flashes red, LED 5+8 flash quickly (E614)
- An electrical consumer for the tap is defective or a
cable is damaged
- Check tap cable for damage
- Perform a reset (reset error) (see page 15)
LEDs 1-5 light up one after the other
- No error, but a running process
- Wait until the process has completed
