device and its components unattended
with children, individuals with cognitive
impairment or pets.
Only authorized personnel are allowed to
open the chargers and Power pack due to
possible electrical hazard.
Do not touch the contacts of the charger
when powered.
Charger and power supply must be protected
against shocks. If the charger or power supply
is damaged after a shock, the devices must
not be used anymore.
Do not place these rechargeable devices in
your checked-in luggage when traveling by
plane as they contain lithium-ion batteries.
The devices should be placed in your carry-
on/hand luggage.
Only use the device according to the
environmental conditions specified in this
user guide. Using the device otherwise may
heat the hearing aid up to temperatures,
which in the worst-case scenario can lead to
skin burns.
The hearing aids have to be dry before
charging. Otherwise the charging reliability
cannot be guaranteed.
Ear wax gathers naturally in your ear. Ear
wax may lead to reduced perceived sound or
cause the hearing aid to stop working. In this
eventuality, please remove your hearing aid
(see Chapter 6) and consult your hearing care
professional.
