WARNING
Risk of electric shock!
As the refrigerator works with mains voltage, which
can be dangerous, touching live parts may lead to se-
rious injury or death.
• Do not operate the refrigerator if it is visibly damaged
or if the mains cord or mains plug is defective.
• Only connect the refrigerator to a properly installed
socket. Connecting the appliance to a socket strip
or multi-plug is not permitted and may result in fire.
• Do not kink the mains cord and do not lay it over
sharp edges. This can result in a break in the cable.
WARNING
Hazard through refrigerant!
Your refrigerator’s refrigeration circuit contains the en-
vironmentally-friendly, but flammable refrigerant isobu-
tane (R600a). Mechanical intervention in the refriger-
ation system must only be carried out by authorised
specialists.
• Make sure that you do not damage the refrigeration
circuit, for example by piercing the refrigerant chan-
nels of the condensate vaporiser with sharp objects,
bending the tubing, etc.
• Make sure that the ventilation slots are not covered.
CAUTION
Fire hazard!
Insufficient air circulation can lead to heat accumula-
tion.
• To achieve sufficient air circulation, the specifications
of the necessary ventilation cross-section must be
adhered to. The size of the ventilation duct situated
in the back of the built-in cabinet must be at least
200 cm
2
.
• Do not place the refrigerator directly against the wall.
Leave space of at least 3.8 cm.
