3. If the work surface is only 28 mm thick,
you must insert four pieces of wood with
the dimensions 15×15×50 mm.
4. Seal the cut surfaces with a special var-
nish, silicone sealant or cast resin to pre-
vent swelling caused by moisture.
Preparing and inserting the hob
NOTICE
Risk of breakage!

Do not place the hob on the glass ce-
ramic edge!
1. Take the hob out of the packaging.
2. Remove all protective films and adhesive
tapes.
3. Turn the hob over and place it with the
glass side down on a soft surface.
4. Stick the supplied plastic strip into the in-
dentation in the outer edge area.
5. Carefully place the hob (residual heat in-
dicators at the front) in the middle of the
worktop cut-out.
