Information
• Never try to repair a defective or
suspected defective appliance your-
self. Carrying out improper repairs to
defective appliances carries the risk
of electric shock. By doing this, you
may endanger your own life and that
of later users. Only authorised elec-
tricians may carry out repairs.
• If the mains cord is damaged, the
manufacturer, our Service team (see
page GB-32) or an authorised person
must replace it.
• Never open the housing.
• Changing the light bulb in a hot ov-
en can result in an electric shock. Al-
ways switch off the oven and allow
it to cool first, take out the fuse and
then change the light bulb.
WARNING
Hazards for children and certain
groups of individuals!
The oven operates with a dangerous
voltage; it is not a toy. Using the oven
is therefore associated with particu-
lar hazards for children and specif-
ic groups of individuals who are not
aware of the risks.
• This appliance may be used by chil-
dren aged 8 and over, as well as per-
sons with impaired physical, sensory
or mental capacities (such as those
with partial disabilities, older persons
with restricted physical and mental
capacities) or those lacking experi-
ence and knowledge (such as older
children) if they are supervised or
have been instructed in how to safe-
ly use the appliance and have un-
derstand the risks associated with
operating it.
• Children must not be allowed to play
with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance may
only be performed by children if they
are supervised.
• Ensure that the packaging film re-
mains out of the reach of children.
Children can become entangled in
the packaging film when playing and
suffocate.
• Ensure that children do not remove
any small parts from the appliance
or take them out of the accessories
packaging and place them in their
mouths. Children may swallow small
parts and suffocate.
• Make sure that children are not able
to access the appliance when they
are not supervised.
WARNING

The appliance becomes hot during
use. You must take care in order to
avoid touching the heating elements
inside the oven. Children aged 8 years
or younger must be kept away from
the appliance, unless they are under
constant supervision.
Accessible parts may become hot
during use. They also remain hot for a
while after switching off the oven.
• Avoid touching heating elements,
walls, baking trays, the oven door,
etc. directly.
• Only ever grab onto the door at the
handle.
• Do not leave the oven unattended
whilst the grill or similar is in use!
