Operation
Special preparation information
for yeast dough
If the baking dish does not fit in the cooking com-
partment, you can remove the oven rack guides
to increase the cooking compartment volume
(see page GB-28).
1. Pre-heat the oven to 50 °C.
2. Switch the oven off when the temperature
has been reached.
3. Place the baking dish with the yeast dough
in the cooking compartment. You can place
the dish directly on the bottom of the oven.
4. Close the oven door and leave the yeast
dough in the oven for the desired time with-
out further heating.
NOTICE
Risk of damage to property!
Pent-up heat can damage the oven’s
enamel.
• If you wish to place dishes directly
on the bottom of the cooking com-
partment, the oven temperature
must not exceed 50 °C.
Switching the interior lighting
on and off
NOTICE
Risk of damage to property!
Improper handling of the appliance
may damage it.
• Only use the oven lightbulb to light
the inside of the oven.
Switching on the interior lighting
You can switch on the interior lighting without
baking or roasting anything.
1. Use the left toggle switch

or lighting” function.

Switching off the interior lighting
There are two ways to switch off the interior
lighting:
• Press the button

and the buttons

simultaneously for approximately 3 seconds.
• Return the left toggle switch

to “0”.
Please note!
• Returning the left toggle switch
9
to “0”
does not switch off the appliance, but rather
switches it to standby mode.
• During operation (i.e. while you are baking
or roasting something), it is not possible to
switch off the interior lighting.
