Troubleshooting table
WARNING
Carrying out improper repairs to defective appliances carries the risk of electric
shock. By doing this, you may endanger your own life and that of later users.
• Never try to repair a defective or suspected defective appliance yourself.
Only authorised electricians may carry out repairs.
Problem
Possible solutions/tips
Oven is not functioning
Power supply has been interrupted; check the fuse for the oven
in the fuse box in your home.
If the oven does not have its own circuit, check the functions of
the grounded socket with other appliances.
WARNING
If it is unclear as to whether the appliance is defec-
tive or there is no power supply, there is the risk of
electric shock.
• In case of doubt, it is crucial that you inform our
Service team (see page GB-32).
• Never repair the appliance yourself!
Temperature indicator does not
flash any more.
The oven temperature has been reached.
Oven lighting has gone out.
Check that the appliance is still working (see above). Change
the bulb (see „Replacing oven lightbulbs“ on page GB-30).
Notice: Defective oven bulbs do not fall under our warranty.
External cooling fan is not work-
ing (no air outlet under the pan-
el, panel gets very hot).
WARNING
Fire hazard!
If the external cooling fan is broken, the appliance
can quickly overheat, which can cause significant
damage to the appliance and set fire to any other
nearby flammable objects.
• Immediately switch off the appliance, open the
oven door and stop using the cooker!
• Contact our Service team (see page GB-32).
