Operating the oven
Setting the end of the cooking
time
If you want your food to be ready at a certain
time, you must set the end of the cooking time
yourself (exceptions: Functions ). Re-
quirements:
– The time is set correctly.
– You have set the cooking time (see Seite
EN-15).
1. Tap the sensor.
The symbol will appear on the display
and the hour display will flash.
2. Set the hours using the control dial
< >
.
3. To switch to the minute display, tap the
sensor.
4. Set the minutes using the control dial
< >
.
5. To save the set cooking time, tap the
sensor again.
The display shows the selected function,
set temperature, (remaining) cooking time
and the symbol.
6. Tap the sensor.
The oven will switch on at the calculated
time and will switch into standby mode at
the end of the cooking time. You will hear
five signal tones and the display will show
END
.
To end the cooking process early, switch
the oven off with the
sensor.
Timer
Your oven is also equipped with a timer. You
set a specific period, just as you would with an
egg timer. Once the period has expired, a tone
sounds. You can set a duration of one minute
up to 23:59 hours.
Please note that the countdown timer does
not switch the oven on or off. You can also
use the countdown timer when the oven is
not switched on.
1. Briefly tap the sensor.
The symbol will appear on the display
and the hour display will flash.
2. Set the hours using the control dial

3. To switch to the minute display, tap the
sensor.
4. Set the minutes using the control dial
< >
.
5. To save the set cooking time, tap the
sensor again.
The display will show the remaining time
counting down. Once the pre-set cooking
time has elapsed, you will hear 10 signal
tones and the display will once again show
the time.
Safety lock/child safety lock
Your oven is equipped with a safety lock which
protects the oven from being used without
permission or unintentionally switched on or
off, or the settings being changed.
