– Store securely closed bottles in the bot-
tle racks (6).
– Store chilled drinks in the convertible
zone (see “Setting the temperature in the
convertible zone” on page EN-14) draw-
ers (10).
– Place cooked and baked foods on one
of the glass shelves (2).
– Store fresh fruit and vegetables in the
fresh food drawer (7) or in the moist
zone (16).
– Place fresh meat, game, poultry, ba-
con, sausage and raw fish on the glass
shelf (5) above the fresh food drawer (7).
This is where the temperature is lowest.
You can also store these foods in the
Zero star zone (8) or in the convertible
zone drawers (10) if you set their tem-
perature accordingly.
• Only store strong alcohol standing upright
and tightly closed.
• Allow hot food to cool before placing it in
the fridge compartment.
The temperatures within the appliance
and, therefore, its energy consumption
may increase if the doors are frequently
opened or kept opened for long periods, or if
the ambient temperature exceeds the stipu-
lated minimum or maximum levels (see “In-
tended use” on page EN-4).
Maintaining quality
• To maintain the flavour and freshness of
food in the fridge compartment, only place
packaged food in the fridge compartment.
Use special plastic containers for food or
customary films.
• Place the food
– in the fridge compartment in a way that
allows the air to circulate freely. Do not
cover the shelves with paper or anything
similar.
– somewhere that is not directly against
the rear wall. Otherwise, it may freeze
onto the rear wall.
