Operation
Simple grilling
For simple grilling, only the inner grill ele-
ments are in operation.
On the highest shelf, directly underneath the
heating element, small or medium-sized por-
tions of meat, fish or poultry can be grilled at
the same time.
1. Use the left toggle switch (9) to set the
heating method to "Simple grilling".
2. Use the right toggle switch (14) to set the
temperature.
3. Press the button (11) and preheat the
oven for a few minutes.
4. Spread the food to be grilled out on the
oven rack.
5. Place the oven rack on the upper or mid-
dle shelf.
6. Place the dripping pan underneath.
7. Close the cooking compartment door.
The grilling time is approx. 6-10 min-
utes per side depending on the thick-
ness and type of food being grilled.
Intensive grilling
Intensive grilling means that both grill ele-
ments as well as the upper heating element
of the oven are in operation.
Intensive grilling with convection
Grilling with the fan does not have such an in-
tense effect as surface grilling. However, you
can grill larger pieces of meat and fish. The
food being grilled does not need to be turned.
1. Place the food to be grilled on the oven
rack on the middle shelf and slide it into
the oven.
2. Spread the food to be grilled out on the
oven rack.

3. Use the left toggle switch (9) to set the
heating method to "Intensive grilling with
convection".
4. Use the right toggle switch (14) to set the
temperature.
5. Place the dripping pan underneath.
6. Close the cooking compartment door.
7. Press the button (11).
The grilling time is approx. 20–25 min-
utes per side depending on the thick-
ness and type of food being grilled.
