Start the cooking process
The following description applies to all func-
tions/heating modes except for and .

Selecting a function
Turn the function dial (7) until the dis-
play (10) shows the corresponding symbol
and its standard temperature.
2.
Adjusting the temperature
Turn the temperature controller (13) until
the display (10) shows the desired temper-
ature.
3. To confirm the displayed temperature and
start cooking, tap the
sensor (11).
4.
Changing the cooking time
To change the cooking time, turn the func-
tion dial (7) until the display (10) shows the
desired cooking time (
0:01
to
9:00
).

The display shows the maximum cooking
time of
9:00
hours, and the standard tem-
perature flashes.
If you don’t want to change the temperature:
1. Turn the function dial (7) until the dis-
play (10) shows the corresponding sym-
bol and its standard temperature.
2. To confirm the function selection and start
cooking, tap the
sensor (11).
The display shows the maximum cooking
time of
9:00
hours, and the standard tem-
perature flashes to indicate that the oven is
still heating up. For functions with circulat-
ing air or hot air, you will also see a rotating
fan symbol. The oven lighting is on. You will
hear a soft sound coming from the external
cooling fan.
Once the preset cooking duration has
elapsed, you will hear five signal tones and
the oven will switch off automatically.
The temperature display flashes until
the desired temperature is reached. As
soon as the desired temperature is reached,
the temperature display lights up continuous-
ly.
Interrupting/ending the
cooking process
To interrupt the cooking process
– tap the
sensor (12) once.
The remaining cooking time and the cur-
rent temperature will flash in the display.
To continue cooking, tap the
sensor
(11).
– To end the cooking process, tap the
sensor (12) twice.
