Troubleshooting table
Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not necessarily mean there is a
defect in the appliance. For this reason, please check the tables to see if you can correct the
malfunction.
WARNING
Risk of electric shock in case of improper repair!
Never try to repair a defective or suspected defective appliance yourself. You can put
your own and future users’ lives in danger. Only authorised specialists are allowed to
carry out this repair work.

Possible solutions/tips

The power supply has been interrupted. Check the fuse for the ap-
pliance on the fuse box in the home. If you have any doubts, contact
our Service Centre (see ‘Our Service Centre’ page EN-30).
Temperature display
flashes.
The set cooking temperature has not yet been reached. As soon as
the set temperature is reached, the temperature display lights up
continuously.
Oven light defective.
Replace the defective bulb for the oven light (see ‘Replacing oven
lightbulbs’ page EN-25). Notice: Defective bulbs do not fall under
our warranty.
The external cooling fan

Switch on the oven light only – if there is no fan noise and air is being
released, the fan is defective.

off the appliance, and stop using the cooker! Contact our
