**) This type of heating is used to determine
the level of energy consumption in con-
vection mode and to determine the en-
ergy efficiency class.
Further settings are possible with each heat-
ing method, which are explained in the follow-
ing sections.

heating methods can be found in the
enclosed brochure “Baking, roasting and
cooking”.
2. After selecting the heating method, set
the desired oven temperature using the
rotary switch (14).
The temperature indicator (13) shows the
set value.

3. Press the button (16).
The cooking compartment light switches
on and the oven starts to heat up.
The temperature indicator (13) blinks until
the set temperature is reached.
You can change the set temperature at any
time using the rotary switch (14). Then you
must press the button (16) again to con-
tinue operation.
The time indicator (12) displays a cooking
time of 9:00 hours.

4. To change the cooking time, rotate the
function switch (22) and then press the
button (16).
The progress display (11) shows the re-
maining cooking time as a percentage with
eight bars. If only four bars are lit, half of
the cooking time has elapsed.
The built-in oven switches off automatically
and emits five beeps once the cooking time
has elapsed. The oven light goes out and
the display shows the time.
Extraction hood
WARNING
Risk of scalding!
Steam is generated through the build
up of heat within the device when
cooking dishes, and can cause scalding
when coming into contact with the skin.
This steam is discharged from the cook-
ing compartment through the extrac-
tion hood (2) between the control panel
and oven door.
