Start the cooking process
The following description applies to all func-
tions/heating modes except for ,

1. Selecting a function: Turn the dial (19) un-
til the display (16) shows the correspond-
ing symbol and its standard temperature.
2. To confirm the function selection and start
cooking, tap the
sensor (14).
The display shows the maximum cooking
time of
9:00
hours, the standard tempera-
ture flashes to indicate that the oven is still
heating up. For functions with circulating
air or hot air, you will also see a rotating
fan symbol. The oven lighting is on. You will
hear a soft sound coming from the external
cooling fan.

3. Changing the cooking time: Turn the
dial (19) until the display (16) shows the
desired cooking time (
0:01
to
9:00
).
4. To confirm the displayed cooking time, tap
the
sensor (14).
The display shows the maximum cooking
time of
9:00
hours and the standard tem-
perature flashes.

5. Adjusting the temperature: Turn the
dial (13) until the display (16) shows the
desired temperature.
6. To confirm the displayed temperature, tap
the
sensor (14).
Once the preset cooking duration has
elapsed, you will hear five signal tones and
the oven will switch off automatically.
Interrupting/ending the
cooking process
– To interrupt the cooking process tap the
sensor (15) once.
The remaining cooking time and the cur-
rent temperature will flash in the display. To
continue cooking, tap the
sensor (14).
– To end the cooking process, tap the
sensor (15) twice.
Special features of the
“cooking compartment
lighting” function
Unlike most other programmes, you cannot
set a cooking time or temperature here.
