Door alarm
The use of energy and the temperature inside
the appliance can increase if the doors are
opened often or for long periods of time.
A beep will sound if one or both fridge doors (3)
are left open for longer than 2 minutes.
• Close the fridge doors (3).
The shelves
The glass shelves (2) in the fridge can be re-
moved and rearranged if necessary.
You will achieve the most efficient use of en-
ergy for your appliance if you combine the
drawers, glass shelves and door shelves, as
shown in the figure on page EN-11.
1. To remove the glass shelves (2), the door
shelves (4) or the bottle racks (5), lift them
slightly at the front and then pull them out
of the guide rail.
2. Place the glass shelves (2), the door
shelves (4) or the bottle racks (5) back into
the desired positions.
Freezer drawers and
compartments
The compartments (8) and freezer draw-
ers (9) and (10) in the freezer can be removed
to create more space.
Pictograms
The following pictograms can be found on the
fresh food drawer (7):
This means that you can temporarily
store fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as
chilled drinks and raw meat, raw fish, sea-
food and similar in the fresh food drawer (7)
(see “Chilling food” on page EN-18).
