Check the firm position.
Remove objects from the refrigerator.
Remove any foreign bodies from the rear and
leave sufficient clearance to the wall.
The freezer does
not cool enough.
Temperature is set too
high.
There’s something hot in
the freezer.
The door is not closed
properly.
The seal on the door is
damaged.
The freezer cannot venti-
late properly.
High humidity is causing
condensation to form on
the outside.
Set the temperature controller to a lower tem-
perature by turning it towards ‘MAX’.
Do not put hot food in the freezer.
Close the door properly.
Check the seal on the door.
Change the freezer’s location to ensure that all
minimum distances and other requirements for
surrounding equipment and furniture are met.
Use a clean cloth to wipe down the outer walls.
Make sure to have the appliance’s article number and model name ready when you contact Customer

nameplate inside the freezer.
