Changing the lower hinge

1. Tilt the refrigerator backwards (max. 45 °).
2. Unscrew the two front screw feet (3).
3. Unscrew the lower hinge plate. To
do this, use an 8 mm spanner or a
cross-headed screwdriver.
4. Move the hinge pin to the opposite side
of the hinge plate. To loosen and tighten
the nut, use a 10 mm spanner or the
bottom of a screw foot.
5. Screw the hinge plate tightly back onto
the opposite side. Make sure that the
hinge pin is in the hinge bushing of the
door.
The door will now function properly
again.
6. Screw the two screw feet back on tightly
and align the refrigerator.
7. Reinsert the blind plug on the opposite
side of the door.
Cleaning before use
To remove the odour that comes with all new
appliances, clean the appliance before us-
ing it (see "Care and maintenance“ on page
EN-14).
