4. Dispense cold water from the ice maker
until the water flowing from the ice and
cold water outlet (36) is free of bubbles. In
doing so, the ice maker should be flushed
with at least 5 litres of water. Proceed as
described in the following chapter. Do not
use the water you have used to rinse the
machine.
Dispensing crushed ice

1. Press the DISPENSER button (26) re-
peatedly until the (27) symbol lights up.

2. Hold the vessel as closely as possible
to the opening for the ice (36), in order
to avoid crushed ice from spraying out
around the sides of the vessel.
3. Push the vessel against the dispenser
guide (35). The vessel will be filled with
crushed ice.
4. To stop the flow of ice, pull the vessel
back slightly from the dispenser guide.
Keep holding the vessel under the ice
outlet for another 2 seconds to catch any
falling ice.
Dispensing ice cubes
When dispensing ice cubes, use a vessel
with an opening of at least 7 cm to ensure
they drop properly into the vessel.
When you switch the appliance set-
tings from crushed ice dispensing to
‘Dispensing ice cubes’, residual
crushed ice will be initially dispensed
from the ice outlet.
