Do not use the appliance if
the hygiene or motor pro-
tection fi lter is missing or
damaged. Otherwise, va-
cuumed dust can penetra-
te the appliance or escape
into the ambient air.

Do not use sharp objects to
unpack the appliance.

Never sit or stand on the
appliance.
■
Use the appliance only if
the motor protection fi lter
is in place. The motor pro-
tection fi lter must not be
damaged.
■
Only the original supplied
accessories and the speci-
fi ed dust bag, motor protec-
tion fi lter and hygiene fi lter
may be used.
■
Never vacuum clay, plas-
ter, cement, masonry dust
or drilling dust. Vacuuming
these materials blocks the
fi lter.
■
Never vacuum water or
other liquids. Never vacuum
wet carpets/rugs.
■
On freshly shampooed car-
pets, always wait until the
detergent is completely dry
before vacuuming.
■
Never vacuum sharp ob-
jects (e.g. glass fragments).
■
If the suction hose, telesco-
pic tube or nozzle are blo-
cked, immediately switch
off the appliance and re-
move the blockage.
■
When using the vacuum
cleaner, always pull out the
supply cord completely to
the yellow marker.
