Wash result is not satisfactory

Wash laundry with the correct
dosage of detergent.

Use colour freshener if necessary
(available at chemist’s). In future,
use detergent without bleaching
agent.
Stain remover or similar was

Mains plug is not sitting properly in
the socket or is not plugged in.
Plug the mains plug into the
socket properly.
Socket has no voltage.
Check fuse; switch on if

No wash cycle set.
Set wash cycle.
Door is not closed properly.
Close door properly.
(A ‘click’ must be heard).
