WARNING
Risk of injury!
Improper installation of the appliance
can lead to injury.
■
At the point where the exhaust hood
is installed, the ceiling or wall must
have a load-bearing capacity of at
least 40 kg and must be at least 30
mm thick to provide suffi cient sup-
port for wall plugs or heavy-duty an-
chors.
■
Before drilling the holes, ensure that
no wires or cables (power, gas, water
etc.) will be damaged (check with a
line locator).
■
Only use mounting materials that are
suitable for the characteristics of the
ceiling and walls. If you are not sure
of your selection, ask a professional
for guidance.

Fire hazard!
■
The distance between the cooking
surfaces and the lower edge of the
Exhaust hood must be at least 65 cm
for gas cookers.
■
For gas stovetops, you must read the
user manual for the stovetop! If the
manual stipulates a larger distance,
this must be observed.

the centre of the cooker.
(6)
2. Place the centre of the base plate (6) on
this point and mark the twelve drill holes.
3. If the exhaust hood is to be used for ex-
