General description:
Hanskamps Dump is an electrically operated valve developed to dispense concen-
trate pellets in a carousel (fig. 1). The Dump is filled by 1 or 2 HighSpeed Pipe-
Feeders. The PipeFeeders can be connected to the feed computer or to Han-
skamp's SmartPanel system. That also allows standalone feeding.
Component names and part numbers can be found in the appendix.
Transport and storage:
The Dump will be shipped in a box containing one Dump. Where a complete mil-
king stall feeding installation is being shipped the boxes will be transported on a
pallet. This pallet is completely sealed and the corners are covered with tape to
prevent damage. The Dump is also stored this way.
Please note! Always use an appropriate vehicle (forklift truck, pallet
fork, pump truck, etc.) to move the pallet.
Please note! Parts may fall off the pallet/box during unpacking.
Safety stickers:
The user and installer are responsible for the safe operation and mainte-
nance of the Dump. Safety stickers are used to ensure safety in and around
the Dump. These stickers must be placed correctly. The locations of these
stickers are indicated below.
