washers (R) previously removed (Step 5, page 7).
Tighten motor screws (J) securely.

Note

: Make sure to completely secure each blade

arm (H) before proceeding to the next.

If you do NOT wish to use the light kit

If you DO wish to use the light kit

, proceed to

To install the fan with the light kit, first remove the
three preassembled switch housing screws (S) from

and also remove switch housing cap (U). Remove

 5.  Remove hex nut (O) and lock washer (P) from the

top of the threaded rod on light kit fitter (F) and
locate GREEN ground wire in switch housing. Gently
feed the wires from the light kit fitter (F) through the
center hole in the switch housing cap (U), and then
screw the switch housing cap (U) onto the top of the
threaded rod on the light kit fitter (F).

NOTE:

 Once

the switch housing cap (U) is tight, make sure the
red dot inside the switch housing cap (U) lines up
with the red dot on the top of the light kit fitter (F).

Feed the wires from the light kit fitter (F) through the
ring on the end of the GREEN ground wire from the
switch housing. Route the previously removed lock
washer (P) and hex nut (O) over the wires,
tightening the hex nut (O) securely.
