Pastry Profiling

Assemble the Pastry Assembly as illustrated below.

Place the Washer on the Worm Drive and Mincer accessory, instead of cutter and

grille.

Match the Washer slot with the Housing lug and secure it with the Nut.

Set the Plate profile openings into the Washer slots and match the necessary profile

openings with the Washer opening.

Roll out the dough into rolls that will easily pass through the funnel, and evenly feed

them into the Housing (Do not use the Pusher).

Turn on the machine to the desired speed, I, II, or III.

Cut the outcoming strips of dough into pieces and lay them on a baking tray.

When finished, turn the machine off and unplug the line cord from the electrical outlet.
