motor by pressing the S button for about 10 seconds, until
the 0 on the left in the display goes off. This only needs to be
done if the motor reacts to other remote controls, or if the
remote has been stolen or lost.
4. The required remote controls then need to be paired again.
TIPS AND ADVICE
• Do not overtension the chain, it must be stretched but not
too tight.
• Installation is easier if done by two persons, especially the
installation of the rail in the roof.
• A rubber strip should be fitted to the bottom edge of the
door for optimum closing without the risk of the door going
up again after closing. Program the bottom position of the
door so that the rubber strip just rests on the floor. Note that
ice, snow and debris under the door can still cause it to go
up again if it cannot reach the set position.
• Before installing the door opener, check that the door is in
good condition and correctly adjusted. The springs have an
optimum tension if the door can be released in half open
position without it going up or going down. The easier it is
to lift the door, the less the motor and other parts will be
exposed to wear and tear.
MANUAL OPENING
The door can be opened manually in the event of a power failure.
Pull the red line that is fastened to the runner on the rail and
move the door to release the runner and the door from the chain.
FIG. 23
To reconnect the chain to the door for normal use, lift or lower
the door until it feels as if the runner has locked in the chain. Tug
in both directions to check that they have locked together.
NOTE:
We recommend installing an emergency trigger if there is no
other entrance to the garage than the door. This is a wire that
fastens in the red line with a lock cylinder in the other end,
which is fastened to the door. This means the line can be pulled
from the outside with a key (HardHead art. no. 377014).
