When tensioning the blade, make sure the tracking adjustment bolt sitting behind the T handle
(pictured) is sitting back in its recess after you have finished and
before
the mill is run. Failure to do
this will result in the blade being thrown and possibly broken.

Ensure the blade support arm is locked
into place after tensioning the blade.
