EQUIPMENT CONTROL SHEET
For mandatory inspections, it is the responsibility of the owner/
organization to keep a control sheet for each winch and supply
it to a Harken authorized winch inspector. After inspection, the
winch inspection report (signed by the inspector) must be filed.
The equipment control sheet must include these details:
Equipment control sheet
Owner/organization name
Product name and Model
Serial Number
Year of manufacture
Date of purchase
Date of first use
Maintenance interval
Annual
Other relevant information (i.e. Document number):
