Replacing an I/O Module

Deleting the Removed I/O Module from
SystemManager
Once you have removed the I/O module from the chassis, delete
the removed I/O module from SystemManager.
To remove an I/O module from SystemManager:
1. Click the
Diagnostics
tab to display the
Diagnostics
page.
2. From the
Device Maintenance
section in the left-hand column,
click the
Remove Device
icon to display the
Remove Device
page.
3. Scroll to the
MediaPorts
section of the page and locate the
I/O module you wish to remove.
NOTE:
In SystemManager, MediaDeck Module information is
sometimes displayed as MediaPort information.
