Safety Locks
SAFETY WARNING!
Failure to use safety locks could result in
death or serious injury.
•
Deck Lift Safety Lock
– Secure the
deck in the UP position when working
or cleaning below the deck. The safety
lock is located on the front RH side
of the deck. Pin stop in the down
position as shown in the picture below.

Hopper Lift Cylinders Safety Lock
–
Secure the hopper in the UP position
when working or standing below the
hopper. Install cylinder safety lock to
the hopper lift cylinders located on
each side of the machine as shown in
the picture below.

Hopper Door Safety Lock
– Secure
hopper door in OPEN position when
working inside the hopper or below the
hopper door. Pin the safety stop to
secure the door linkage as shown in
the picture.
