(Only for T852/T862)
Locate the Bottom Truss Cables (for T852: PN 1300011945-00/for T862: PN
1300011884-00). Secure the Truss Cables on Truss Support with (2) 3/8" Cable Clamp on the Truss
Support (Do not overtighten the clamp, as the cable has to move freely through the clamp) (see
Figure 11.1). Secure the one of end of cable with the Eyebolt at Truss Adjust Mount Bracket using (2)
(for T852: 5/16" Cable Clamps/for T862: 3/8" Cable Clamps) (see Figure 11.2) (Aways have saddles
of the Cable Clamps on the "live" end of the Cable as shown in figure 11.3). Secure the other end of
the Truss Cable with the Quick Link at Mid and Discharge Tubes connecton using (2) (for T852: 5/16"
Cable Clamps/for T862: 3/8" Cable Clamps) (see Figure 11.4). To tighten the cables, lifting the
Discharge end of the tubes is required. Place lifting strap 2 feet from the end of the Auger and lift the
tubes approximately 3 feet. This will cause the tubes to curve upwards. Place a punch or pry bar into
the eye of the Eyebolt to hold it straight. Tighten the Nut on the Eyebolt approximately 3" or until the
Cable feels stiff. Do this for all the cables.
