How to View/Edit a Group or a Subgroup
1.
Display the Account list screen (see
How to Display the List of Accounts and Groups
on page 137).
2.
Select the group (use the double arrows to scroll the list).
A group that is not in the list is probably a subgroup: select its parent group, press
Edit/Del.
and then select
View content
to display the content of the group. Select the
subgroup in the list.
3.
Press
[OK]
(
Edit/Del
).
The Group management screen is displayed.
4.
Select Edit / Modify.
5.
Change the parameters as necessary and press
[OK]
.
The Group modification summary screen is displayed.
6.
Press
[OK]
to validate the changes.
Activating a Group of Accounts
For example, use the procedure below to temporarily deactivate a group so the included
accounts are not visible to the Mailing System users.

2.
Display the Account list screen (see
How to Display the List of Accounts and Groups
on page 137).
3.
Select a group.
4.
Press
[OK]
(
Edit/Del.
).
The Group management screen is displayed.
5.
Change the status parameter (the button displays the current status: active or inactive)
and press
[OK]
.
6.
Select the group status (Active or Inactive) and press
[OK]
.
7.
On the Group modification summary screen, press
[OK]
.
8.
A feedback of the status is displayed on the Account list screen.
