10. Quality assurance
1.
This machine is valid for 5 years, and the whole machine is guaranteed for two years by
invoice. This product is two years from the date of your purchase, and any failures or
damages caused by the correct installation and use according to the provisions of this user
guide, our company will provide you with repair services for free (consumables are no
longer covered by the warranty).
2.
The listed conditions are not covered by the free warranty even during the warranty period:
(1)
Failure or damage caused by improper installation and use;
(2)
Failure or damage caused by accidental drop or collision;
(3)
Failure or damage caused by self-installation and repair;
(4)
Failure to show purchase invoice and warranty card;
(5)
Damaged by external reasons such as abnormal voltage or fire;
(6)
Consumables and accessories are not provided by the manufacturer.

3. For the above-mentioned products that are not covered by the free warranty or beyond
the warranty period, the company will still provide you with repair services wholeheartedly,
but will charge a certain cost of labor after the repair.
