move all Power On/Off switches to the “on” position.
Circuit breaker tripped.
Reset circuit breaker. If circuit breaker continues to trip,
contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for assistance.
GFCI(s) tripped.
Reset GFCI. If GFCI continues to trip, contact
authorized Service agent or Hatco for assistance.
Power On/Off switch(es) defective.
Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for assistance.
Supply voltage to unit is incorrect.
Verify supply voltage at both receptacles matches the
unit specifications.
Internal electrical malfunction.
Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for assistance.
Display light(s) not
working.
Lights On/Off switch in the “off” position.
move Lights On/Off switch to the “on” position.
Fluorescent tube(s) loose, defective, or
burned out.
Check that fluorescent tube(s) is installed properly.
Replace, if necessary (see maINTENaNCE section).
Base, glass shelf,
and/or canopy heat
not hot enough.
Corresponding Heat Control Knob(s) set too
low.
adjust the appropriate Heat Control Knob(s) to a higher
setting.
Excessive air movement around unit.
Relocate unit or redirect air movement (i.e. air
conditioning duct, exhaust fan, exterior doors) away
from unit.
Heat Control(s) not working properly.
Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for assistance.
Heating element and/or heated glass shelves
not working.
Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for assistance.
Base, glass shelf,
and/or canopy heat
too hot.
Corresponding Heat Control Knob(s) set too
high.
adjust the appropriate Heat Control Knob(s) to a lower
setting.
Heat Control(s) not working properly.
Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for assistance.
