INTRODUCTION

Hatco Portable Lamp Warmers are designed to hold
your food products at serving temperatures without
affecting quality.

The LW-2 model incorporates a specially designed
stand that keeps food holding pans above the
countertop, providing an effective insulation to
prolong serving times.  The base of the LW-2 holds
full-size and half-size Gastronorm pans of
appetizers, chicken wings or other hot foods.

The LW-3 model can be used as a stand alone unit
and placed above food holding pans, or it can be
mounted on top of the Hatco GRSDH-36
Merchandising Display Warmer to provide additional
warming space above the unit. Special mounting
brackets are included with the LW-3.

This manual provides the installation, safety and
operating instructions for the Portable Lamp

Warmers. We recommend all installation, operating

read prior to installation or operation of your Hatco
Portable Lamp Warmer. Safety instructions that
